Spice rub

This is an excellent spice rub for chicken and pork.

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
